The Three Essential Elements of a Great Presentation/ Parts of Presentation  An effective and efficient presentation has three different parts they are: 1. The Opening: It includes the  introduction of the speaker, presentation title and agenda .  The introduction takes the time of 10 to 15% of your speaking time.  The introduction should be carefully designed, get attention and motivate the audience to listen to what you are speaking. 2. The Body: It is an important part of your presentation as it explains your topic and gives all the information related to your presentation. I t consists of 75% of your speaking time. In your subject, the points of the presentation should be in a logical order and the information should support each and every point given.  3. The Closing: Last but not least is to leave the audience a good impression. The conclusion is critical. here you should not introduce new information.  It should include the sum, thank you
